vgimport: Minor number of /dev/vgpkg1/group is not unique. /dev/vg01/group has t he same minor number.

Solutionls -lrt /dev/*/group
group file should not have same minor number, it should be uniq for every vg.
Delete the files for the vg which is not in use and recreated with other minor number.

In a cluster, the shared VGs should have matching minor numbers, during vgimport to any other node...
Follow the standard procedures well..
Always ll /dev/*/group before you start creating / re-importing (as in a Cluster) any VG...
Follow the link in the previous post - those folks have very solid know-how

i deleted the group and re created once and then i try export and imported successfully
