vmunix: SCSI: Async write error

[ Edited ]

Just had HP engineer out to replace faulty (mirrored) boot disk, orig disk is seagate ST3204LV (9GB) & he has replace with HP 18.2G ST373207LC...

We are still getting all sorts of errors....and am unclear if this is a hardware or software issue ...or both!

Disc syncing has been running all weekend so any ioscans just hang...

Any help would be much appreciated.

Always good to follow the attachment when you replace a failed unix disk
