vmunix allert ,

we are getting following vmunix allert in our HP-UX box , please let me know what could be the issue , i am suspectinbg about disk issue , if it,s disk please let me know the device file name for tha disk

Are you running service guard on your machine?

If so it might be that you were doing a cluster reformation...

Hi,

Based on the output you provided, all that can be determined is that a disk or controller on bus 6 (hw path 6/x/x.x.x) has reset. Look for the mention of a specific 'dev: xxxxxxxx' in syslog, and post it to the forum. Also run an 'ioscan' and pay attention to hardware in an UNCLAIMED state.
