Are you having some kind of performance problems, I don't see an evidence of a problem from the posted file. You have enough free cpu and no memory paging. Maybe you have an I/O problem.

at the column "queue" on the "monitor" disk output,I see some large number corresponding to some disk,what is meaning a io problem?

Use vmstat -w to verify the iowait time, high wait time and high disk queues may indicate that the system is I/O bound.
