why CPU 1 is High utilization with %sys and the others is normal?

I dont see any ubnormal high utilization in your CPUs.typically cpus will share system load.

It is always not necessary ,if your cpu is overloded, Are you running some Database Applications, Does this happening only durig peak period

That depends on the application which is using the CPU .If it is thread enabled it should use multiple cpus for a job.

In your case the CPU utilisation sounds normal only.

well one cpu is doing most of sys, the others the most of usr - the balance is well.
Why shouldn't system processes be summerized to one cpu?

Only cpu 0 has a high idle ...

Normally this is an application issue.

Many applications "bond" to a cpu and are not aware of hyper threading capabilities or second cpu's. This causes imbalance in cpu use.

It is perfectly normal.

I think there is no important issue in your CPU, as others said ,extra busy load is normal, with this in mind ,I highly recommend to run three times a day, and monitor the values of idle and usage to make a statistic:

vmstat -u 5 10

and also you can check in glance cpu bottleneck monitor:

gpm > Adviser > Symptom Status

There is nothing wrong with your server. It just happened that a process that takes care of system work is running on cpu1. Depending on the process, it may or may not move from cpu1 to another cpu. You can run the "top" command and see which process(es) run on cpu1.
