why system uptime display "load average: inf, inf, inf"?

Hi,

Does anyone know why the load average value in uptime and top for a hpux 11.11 become inf?

load average: inf, inf, inf

is this a possible problem with the processor?

Any error messages in your /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log file?
Did you try with a reboot of your system?

there is no relevent error message in syslog that i can see, i want to try to solve this without rebooting.

Possibly, anything running on CPU 1?
If you can't reboot, ignore it.
