wio ratio is very high
I am facing a very high %wio issue with one of my blade server which is configured with RAID1.
Below is the sar o/p.
18:33:02 %usr %sys %wio %idle
18:33:07 1 1 99 0
18:33:12 0 0 80 19
18:33:17 1 1 98 0
18:33:22 3 1 91 4
18:33:27 3 2 89 7
Average 2 1 91 6
I have attached the other command's outputs for reference.
When i check the disk's status by sasmgr command; both the disks are online & active.
Please guide me to resolve this issue. Thanks.

Re: wio ratio is very high
Hi,
your high %wio is a consequence of a high IO latency (avserv > 50ms) on disk1.
Check your SAS HW status (sasmgr get_info...).

Mounaam
