Ah yes, unfortunately the old Digital heritage "cheque book slap" has survived through Compaq to HP.

Picture the customer slapping their chequebook across face of the sales person and shouting "TAKE MY MONEY!"

I never could understand why the company seemed so intent on making it so difficult for people to purchase their products :-(
