Deploying Disk Thresholds through HPSIM 4.01

When I attempt to deploy Disk Threshold levels through HPSIM v4.01 (Win2003Server on a HP DL140) I receive this message from most of the Compaq/HP servers:
Could not set the disk threshold, the agent did not accept the request.
I receive this message from a handful:
The agent does not trust the HP Systems Insight Manager server, establish a trus
t relationship.

When I try to push out the updated management agent to the servers using a Domain Admin account OR Local admin account (I tried both) I receive this message:
SRderr --EXCEPTION CLASS: com.hp.mx.exceptions.MxFailedAuthenticationException
EXCEPTION: Authentication failed.

Have you followed the SSH issue instructions in the hpSIM README?
