HP SIM 7.1 Not Collecting Data From iLO4

I have over 500 DL360p-G8 servers and I finally got HP SIM to discover and show valid hardware status for the servers.  But,  when I run reports, less then 6 of the machines have inventory data in the DB.  The reset are blank.  When I checked the task logs, I found that the Data Collection tasks are running and there don't appear to be any errors.  Any idea as to why the inventory data (i.e. memory size, #of CPU, location data, iLO ROM Version) is not being collected?  Should I move to HP SIM 7.2?
