HP SIM can not display all SNMP information

Hello,

as you can see in the attached screenshot I have got a problem with the information that HP SIM gets from some managed servers.

When I click on the detailled view for some servers (screenshot is an example for one server) then HP SIM shows me under SNMP for some information a grey questionmark reading "The current state can not be determined."

I want HP SIM to determine all SNMP information. Can anyone give me some help to solve this problem please?

Hi,

I think it is normal that HP SIM cannot determine everything without additional agents...

For example: you have to install the "HP ProLiant Smart Array SAS/SATA Event Notification Service" for more information about the storage subsystem.
