HP Systems Insight Manager for Microsoft Hyper-v 2012 (core version)

I would like to install the HP Systems Insight Manager, Array Configuration and similar tools on Hyper-V 2012 (core version) I have searched around and found bits of information but could really do with a list of downloads and instructions. is there such a thing?
