HP VCRM not picking up new components

VCRM is 7.4.2.0

Agent is 7.3.4

 

VCRM has current support pack, but when I go look at the agent, it doesn't seem to show updated components beyond that.  For example, the current ILO2 firmware is 2.27 (Jan 2015), but the VCRM only presents v2.25.  There are several other items as well, but that is just a sample.  Multiple servers, Windows 2008R2 - 2012R2.

 

The agent does show the 2 columns for latest component and support pack, but both values are the same.

 

I know it used to be more current, but not sure where things went astray.

Just for clarity, the VCRM is configured to pull updates nightly, and no updates are available according to the log.

Hello John, how may SPP's are located in the VCRM at this time?

There also is enough diskspace?

Hello,

 

yes that's more than enough, you could try to switch to an other directory for the location of the VCRM files. You could create a directory next to the old folder and sync with HP.

Problem has existed for 'a while'.

I have rebuilt the server and the problem persists, so parking to new directory I doubt will add value unless I'm misunderstanding something.

You are probably right, i don't have that issue as i don't auto download the SPP's but import then by hand for the ones i need and want.
