SIM Certificate - Ver 7.5

I'm trying to remove the red error for the URL by updating the certificate.  I've created a new cert, exported the new cert to the CA cert, and then try importing the CA cert, but it's not recognizing the cert.  It says there was a problem with your cert, please try again later. It does this over and over despite me changing the file from pem or cert, including the keys as well.

 

Any suggestions?
