SSMH (System Management Homepage) on RHEL 6 works only with Anonymous access

I have a problem with SMH 7.4.1.6 on RHEL 6: I can access the SMH in a browser only when I configure it with Anonymous access via <IP adress>:2381.

When I change the configuration to log in with a user, a time out appears after a while.

Additionally I cannot open the SMH via the link in HP SIM on the servers site - neither with anonymous nor with user access. The Login site ..../cplogin.htm doesn't show up

The same configuration on 2 RHEL servers works smoothly in both configurations, with anopnymous and with user access, also from link from the same HP SIM server.

Any hints, any suggestions?
