difference between HP insight manager and HP load runner

Can smbdy please tell me difference between HP load runner and Hp insight manager. basically for which purpose we use HP load runner and HP insight manager?

HP Load Runner: This is testing tool. Used in Software Testing.

HP Insight Manager: This is Management Suite. Used in the Management of Datacenter (Server, Switch, Encl. Etc)

But these are not related.

For example  If we need to test below points :

1) that our application should handle 300 concurrent users successfully,

2)Zoom in functionality of any application

3)Any feature selection by 300 concurrent users.

4)database connectivity

then which one we should use ? HP load runner or HP insight manager?

one more thing, can we use both tools with GIS application testing?

Mostly HP Systems Insight Manager is used when one want to monitor "hardware related faults" (few listed below) on HP servers and devices
like:

Temperature
Voltage
Fan Status
ILO card status
RAID
Physical
Logical Disk
Cluster logs
etc..etc..
