ignore system unreachable
I'm running HP SIM 6.3 and need to ignore up/down critical alerts(system unreachable) in SIM..I tried modifying the scheduled task "hardware status polling for servers" by unchecking "ping" but I suspect it may be using other protocols to determine up/down...any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Re: ignore system unreachable
So there isn't a snmp trap setting to ignore the "system unreachable" so I created a task that clears the event..accomplishes the goal.
