vmware guests not reporting logical disk space

My vmware guests no longer report logical disk space my reports.  Is it possible to get this information?  I am running HPSIM 7.3

You would require the paid add-on Virtual Machine Management (VMM)

you probably had a trial license installed from when you installed Insight Control.
