Data Protector express version 4

Hi, I have this version install in my system and now it is sending the following error:

Error 131: The instance have no license.
The selected instance have no license for use

Can someone help and let me know if this can be solve by configuration or it has something to do with an inappropiate license.

Do u have permanent licenses installed for DPX. DPX normally comes with 60 Days evaluation version.

Hi Apar, I´m new in the company and I haven´t installed the program, how can I know if the current license is permanent or not.
I´m sending you a attachment with the screenshot of the error.
