LTO5 HP StorageWorks hate Server 2012 and Symantec BE 2012?

We have got Backup Exec 2012 new license and reinstall Windows Server 2012 on ProLiant DL380 G7 (P410i + SAS Expander card).

The trouble is Symantec BE  or LT&T or Server 2012 doesn't see any tape drives or autoloader 1/8 G2 SAS 3000 at all.

The autoloader see SAS connection and everything works fine over network.

The Storaworks drivers are latest as soon as freshest ROM & firmware versions. What is the reason can be? Any advices?

What do you have the autoloader connected to in the server?
If its the P410, then that is not supported.
Tape drives / loaders etc are not normally supported on array controllers.

The only exception seems to be the P212 and the old 5i / 6i controllers in the G3s...

So, you'll either need a P212 or a standard (ie not array controller) SAS HBA.
