1/9 Autoloader DLT1

Hi All,

I just installed the 1/9 autoloader on the server running windows 2000 advanced server
w/sp3 and Arcserver 2000. When I use Arcserver
to view the device, it shown the device
is BFC@MARCDDT1. I think is should be BNCHMARKDLT1. How can I solove it?

Re: 1/9 Autoloader DLT1

HI
usually this kind of problems are related to bent pins broken cable or terminators.
could you check with new ones.
if all is similar, try to connect only the controller with the terminator or only the drive with terminator, You should see the difference and found if the unit (part of the unit) is defective
