1/9 Autoloader DLT1
Hi All,
I just installed the 1/9 autoloader on the server running windows 2000 advanced server
w/sp3 and Arcserver 2000. When I use Arcserver
to view the device, it shown the device
is BFC@MARCDDT1. I think is should be BNCHMARKDLT1. How can I solove it?

check it with HP LTT available from http://www.hp.com/cposupport/information_storage/support_doc/lpg50128.html . Generate support ticket and attach it no your next reply

usually this kind of problems are related to bent pins broken cable or terminators.
could you check with new ones.
if all is similar, try to connect only the controller with the terminator or only the drive with terminator, You should see the difference and found if the unit (part of the unit) is defective
