40/80 DLT Tape Drive reads tapes as Dat instead of DLT tapes.
Hi all,
Can anyone out there help me with an issue I am having. I am running Arcserve 6.5 with the 6.5 update and I am having problems where the new 40/80 DLT drive that I purchased for a Compaq 2500 Proliant Server, does reads tapes incorrectly. Under Arcserve is shows up as a DLT 40/80 Drive but when a tape is inserted it is sees it as a DAT III tape. I have upgraded to the latestest firmware on this Server and if anyone can assist me I would appreciate it.
Thanks,
Chris
