Hi, i have hardware error from backup exec.
I try a healt ceck status with "hp library and tools".
I see this error in the log file:
Device analysis history
Miscellaneous problems:
Rule Number : 9
Rule Description : Host reported errors
Problem description : A parity error has been identified in the drive electronics.
Recommended action(s) : Please power-cycle the drive (to check if the problem repeats).
Problem was last reported : 00:00:00:00 power-on (days:hours:minutes:seconds) ago
Rule Number : 17
Rule Description : Automation interface errors
I attach the complete log.
Is a hardware error or is only an information about the drive history?
