A4853A LTT

My autoloader (A4853A) shows up on the scsi scan in Library & Tape Tools, but it is listed as unsupported. Is this normal?

It shows firmware version 1601

My version (up to date) does not even show the model.

Support calls it a 3/30 which also does not show up... Did it show up in the TSMS?
