A5583A. HP DLT 2/20 Library query

Does anybody know where on the web I can dig up an image of HP part # C7205J? [Rack Mount kit for 2/20]

I ask because...

We've just fitted library & kit into a 19" rack
The kit consists of 4 rails that run horizontally from front to back of the cabinet
The Library sits on 2 of the rails & the other 2 rails are snug with the top 2 edges of the library

However...

The Library is free to slide forwards & backwards

Therefore...

I suspect there should be a plate [or plates] that attaches to the front of the library & then screws into the front of the vertical cabinet rails


So...

I need an image to forward to my supplier who is having difficulty understanding my description of the problem

I downloaded manual named "HP Surestore Tape Library User's Guide" without problem, opened it and found rack installation guide on the 17th page

I've got through to your the link for 2/20 manuals

I have a .pdf viewer, but nothing shows up for the users manual, but it does for the other manuals on that page

If you have the time could you download users manual, save & attach to an email?

I sent you a .pdf file of the user's guide via email. Look on page 34 for the 2/20 stop bracket.

Mike,
you're right and I was not able to open this .pdf manual in internet explorer using pdf plugin (receive 'file is corrupt' error). But I was able to download it (clicking right mouse key and choosing 'Save') and open it with acrobat reader itself
