After Firmware Upgrade unreadable Media

I have often Problems with my MSL 5026 / 2 *SDLT 160 GB (Firmware 0404 / 2E2E , that with ArcServe 2000 the Tapes could not be read. Sometimes it works fine.
Now i ve updated to Arcserve 9 with the latest Patches, and the same Problem comes up.
So that I download the HP LTT Software to Upgrade the Firmware from the Libary and the Straemer.
Now the Libary don´t read any Media.

Arcserve shows my the Firmware Version 0423 for the Libary and 4b4b version for the streamer

What can I do ?
