Arcserve 2000, SCSI Read Errors on Restore

Have 2*DL380 servers connected to a SAN Switch 8. Also have connected to the switch, with a TL891 connected to the

Have installed 2000, SP2, Tape Library Option and SAN Option. can see the library and you can backup data to tape. Although when you do a restore I receive read errors constantly.

Logged to the System Log,
The device, \Device\ScsiPort3, did not respond within the period. (5 times)

Logged to the file in when the errors occur,
ABSL:33313 SCSICommandRetry() NT Error that can be retried. CMD:[08], Error 121
05/25 12:29:12 ABSL:33313 [READ POSITION ] 34 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
Current block #: 000064bd
ABSL:33313 SCSICommandRetry() Didn't actually read. CMD:[34]

Then on the SAN Switch, whilst a restore is happening it logs CRC errors with Bad end-of-frames.

Has anybody seen similar, or can suggest a few things to try.

At present we have upgraded the MDR to V1170, the SAN Switch is at 2.1.7. The TL891 is at 05.19. At present have case logged with Arcsere but they are basically saying its a hardware problem.
