Arcserve 2000 on NT4 does not find the library

Arcserve 2000 with sp2 and Tape Option Library on WinNT4 sp6a does not find the TL892 library. Arcserve can see the two DLT 35/70. There is NTSSD 2.22A with the latest cpq32fs2 driver. We have a Compaq Library Adapter Dual Channel Ultra HVD scsi card. Any suggestions why Arcserve is not finding the Library?

Use fallow patch:
