Autoloader 1/8 G2 - left magazine problem?

I have a new HP Autoloader 1/8 G2, I have all configurations, but I can't to Lock de Left magazine. The right magazine is well. If this normal?

Have you removed the shipping locks?

The left magazine has a mailslot which can be opened by an operator without a password if it is enabled.

The left magazine and mailslot in the left magazine should both lock into the library so that you can't pull them out without using a front panel option.
