Autoloader C1557A firmware upgrade problem

Hello, we own a HP StorageWorks DAT 40x6i Int Tape Autoloader (C1557A).
We use Veritas Backup and had some problems, so run 'Storage Works library and tape tools' test which end succesfully but with some warning, and recomending to upgrade firmware.

Original versions were:
Drive (C1537A) - L111 - 04/24/2002
Autoloader (C1557A) - U812 - 12/15/1998

Using this tool we went to firmware seccion and select 'Get firmware from web', it found 'HP C5713A' as suitable for our system.
We selected it and proceed to upgrade Autoloader firmware.

The process took some minutes and end with an error message.

After this moment the Autoloader was unavailable, and displayed as C5713A.

We would like to flash previous version of the firmware, but the program doesn't allow it.
They are not selectable (image01.png attached).
I see an article telling that providing a password to Options->Enable Factory Overrides, it's possible to select any file to flash:

Who can supply us this password or any other solution?

You can call HP support and they will give you a downgrade password for LTT.
