Autoloader DAT 40/6 problem

When I restarting the server, the autoloader tape driver could not mount the magazine (i.e. Display Panel shows "Mag Loaded" - the normal message should be "Ready DDS4"). I have to dismount then mount in order to use the tape drive. Moreover, the error always occurs as we restart the server. The server is running W2K and ARCserve 2000 AE for backup.

Can somebody help me resolve this problem? Thank you very much in advance.

Mag Loaded is not a error message, it just indicate you that the autoloader have checked the presence of the magazin and it is loaded, the "Ready" appeare when, after an operation, the loader return in this state.
So it is normat that at boot time, the "Mag Loaded" is dislayed

But during boot-up of the server, do I have to dismount and mount the tape magazine again to start using it? Does it should be automatically mounted upon boot-up? or not?
