Autoloader not detector

We have MSL4048 tape library which is access by Data Protector 6.1.
that library contains two fiber tape drives. from windows OS (2003 Server ) and DP it only shows tape drive but it doesn't show any auto loader.

Any comments on that ?

Is the Library in Sequential mode..?
( Configuraton > Autoloader Behavior ).
If yes, then change to 'Automatic/Random' mode.
After changing this configuration check on the software.
