Backup Exec 2010 R2 "an unknown error occurred" HP Server Management Agents
Windows 2008 R2 with Symantec Backup Exec 2010 R2. HP Server Management Agents software installed.
Backing up to tape creates error: "an unknown error occurred".
Found http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH61192
Disabling HP WMI Storage Providers service and disabling the HP Management Agents (Nr. 4 of the article above) helped.
What can I do to solve the problem with all HP Management Agents fully actice?

Re: Backup Exec 2010 R2 "an unknown error occurred" HP Server Management Agents
Same problem with Backup Exec 2010 R3 and HP Insight Management Agents 9.30. Went through
the whole list of possible solutions:
http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH61192
Had to move SCSI Information to the Inactive list of HP Management Agents.
HP why can't you fix this?
