Backup failed in MSL6030 Tape Library

I am using legato as backup S/W . Recently it can not mount tape and even can not move cartridge mannualy to desired place and backup fails. Tapes are getting jammed.If I run inventory, it runs for hours no indication of ending.
Can anyone help me to find out the root cause of it. Is it the H/W error or S/W error? I am not getting any error on the OCP.

Please help.

Most problems with libraries can be solved by applying the latest firmware to robotic and drives. Use HP LT&T to find and apply firmware updates.
Por que hacerlo dificil si es posible hacerlo facil? - Why do it the hard way, when you can do it the easy way?
