Backup issue

Error Message:
*There is no free media available with the selected type.
*Add unused media or click cancel to end the operation.

More Info on this issue:
*HP DL380G4 Server (MS Exchange 2007) connected to HP StorageWorks Library (DLT VS 40/80). Through SCSI Connection
*Scheduled backup is working fine.
*There is no any problem with the Hardware as Tape drive tested with another server.
*Tried to use new tape cartridge.

Please support in this issue and provide me your valuable knowledge on it.

What backup program are you using? It seems this is ntbackup.
What windows version are you using?

MS Windows 2003 Server backup, means backup programe from windows itself.
