Barcode type Library 2/20

Do you know which barcode type use the HP DLT 2/20 library? I know this is 3of9 but I've not found a valid win2000 font to make barcode whith alphanumeric character (numbers and letters).
Do you know if exists any free font or program to make barcode for this purpose?
