hi,

want to calibrate a dds3 c1557 dat24x6 autoloader... but how?

L&TT always prompt a message box --> The drive was calibrated once before... but it was! i never calibrated this drive...

some ideas? supportticket attached...

Chris,

What are you trying to callibrate it on?
I.E. What o/s, servers, backup application?
If I can, I will!

I have been looking into some of the areas where there might be a problem and have found the below link.
