C7438A Latest Firmware

Hi All,

I have been having some issues with our Internal SCSI DAT 72 Drive. I have done a search for 'C7438A' on the HP site and then downloaded the latest firmware. I have then opened up HP Storeage Works & Tape Tools (v4.1) to then update the device, but when i locate the fireware file, it tells me that it is the wrong personality. I Dont understand? When is a C7438A not a C7438A??

What is firmware file downloaded? Is it the LTT_HP_C7438A_ZP5A.frm?

Also do let us know as to what is the OS

Yes, that was the firmware version i downloaded.

I am running SBS2003 with sp2. I have the same problem on a Windows 2003 server as well with the same tape driver.
