COMPAQ TL891 MNILIBRARY

hi all,

my compaq TL891 tape mini library , after powering on gives an error faultcode 2030, DLT timeout error. I checked the connections, seems OK. Give me a solution to rectify this error.

Hi Sujith,

The 2030 error results from a timeout of the library controller talking to a drive. Most commonly it is the leader having come off a drive. They are reasonably simple to reattach if you have a HW background.

During powerup, communication with one of the DLT drives was unsuccessful.(2030 may be caused by unlatched drive leader)
