CVTL TapeAssure Drives Performance n/a

Hi,

We run an MSL 6480, connected with P212 SAS controllers and 6 SAS drives.

CVTL is version 3.9.01 and is correctly populating all the health and utilization fields in the CVTL TapeAssure GUI.

However, the performance fields are all showing n/a.

So estimated host transfer rate, write compression ratio, read compression ratio and media transfer rate are all n/a.

All other details populate fine.

Can anyone advise?
