Can't Access magazine doors on MSL5026

The following has just started ocurring on our MSL5026:

Whenever we need to access the left or right magazine and need to open either of the doors, we get the following error message:

"Host, via a SCSI Prevent/Allow command, is preventing magazine access"

The only way then to access the magazines is to turn the library off then on and open the doors; this is a pain because we also need to reboot the server (win2k advance server) in order to reconect to the library.

Any help to this issue will be greatly appreciated.

If you are using Backup exec, start the program, go to Devices, find Compaq Library, right click it, you will see a list of options, click "unlock" this will unlock the doors, and of course "lock" will lock them. When they are "locked" you will see that message
