To all
Problem has been resolved. It looks like there is 1 default zone all brocade switches. Port "0" was not part of the default zone. HP CE configured Port "0" to be part of the default zone. It works fine.

Thanks for posting the resolution! It's always helpful to see what works for debugging different problems.
For everyone else - there's some great advice in this article - if you haven't read the whole thread, you should - there are some great tricks in there!
