Can't eject magazine

We have a 8 Cassette Autoloader in win 2000 server running Backup Exec. We can't eject the magazine from Backup Exec or power off the server. We also tried to power off the autoloader and on, we always get "Cassette Stuck ResetReq" error. Any suggestions?

Which autoloader is it? I have had 6 tape c1553 units which didn't get the tape cartridge back in the magazine when someone turned the unit off during the eject reload cycle. The tape wedges the turntable and is a bear to get out. you have to open the door and slide the tape into the open mag slot so it will rotate. Please advise model.

I also have the TSL9000 (DSS3 8 Cassette Autoloader) with the same problem , the cassette stuck in drive.
with message ResetReq .
Please advise how to remove the stuck tape.
