Cannot set up TL881 with ArcServe IT 6.61

When installing Tape Library Option and adding the 2 internal tape drives as part of the configuration, I can only add 1 tape drive, when adding the second I receive an error that says I have reached the limit of units. Using autoconfig mode it doesn?t work too. In a lab environment I could do this configuration, but at the clients site it didn?t work. I have a fresh instalation, SP5 for WNT.
