Chassis Compatibility

I have a DLT 40/80 which I have installed in a 15/30 chassis. I have connected the internal SCSI cable by using a media adapter, as the cable in the chassis is different than the SCSI connection on the DLT 40/80. I can get the DLT recognised in the BIOS on boot up (Proliant 1850), but I can't see the device in NetWare 4.11

Could this be a problem with using the wrong chassis, or something to do with NetWare drivers?
