Cleaning tape pb with a Library ESL9000

Hi,
I use a librairy ESL9000. My problem : Impossible to load a cleaning tape in a tape drive (SDLT1). I can load a 'normal' tape but impossible with a cleaning tape. I use "DataProtector 5" and "HP StorageWorks library and tape tools 3.5". I only receive this error : i/o exception (Sense Key:5, Sense Code: 0x3000).
Manually, i can introduce the cleaning tape in the tape drive but never directly with the robot. Strange... Have you an idea ?
