Colorado 5GB External

Hello,

I've got this Colorado.
whith my old pc (Win 2000 Service pack 2) it works perfectly but now I've a new pc (Win 2000 service pack 3) and my Colorado does'nt work.
I heard some noise at starting but in the soft (HP Colorado Back up II) I've got a message with a error reference 03-15-41-02-0000 (see attachment).

I've seen on this forum an answer to a question with this error and I've done what it was explained but no result.

Someone could tell me what I can do?

Try tin install the drivers for your colorado drive.
