Colorado Backup II does not recognize tape media

I installed Colorado Backup II and when I try to run a tape identift rename or backup I get error message 03-15-41-02-0000 and tape cannot be found.

Any ideas how I can fix this

Getting same eror message, except it says device not found. Passes read/write test, is recognized by BIOS but not shown in "My Computer". Have uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times...same error message each time. Does complete read/write test but will not respond in Backup II> HELP!!!

Are these 5Gb or 8Gb drives ?

If so, make sure that you have 2.08 firmware as this fixes alot of these sort of issues:
