Colorado TB T3000

I have installed Windows ME with a Colorado T3000 tape backup. I installed the software that came with the tape backup (PN: C4386-18001) which says on the CD for DOS,Windows, and Windows 95. Will this software run with Windows ME. I install it and I get a message when I run the backup software of:
Hpbackup has caused an error in HPBACKUP.EXE Hpbackup will now close. If you contiune to experience problems, try restarting your computer.

The version of software you have will not work with your T3000 because at the time that this software was written, Windows ME did not exists. Version 10 of the HP Colorado Backup software does though. It is or will be orderable from the HP site.
