Commandview TL bug - or is it me?

I'm running CVTL 2.3. We have an HP ESL322e..with 2 Brocade switches between the library and the servers. If I attach a new server to the san I can "Add Know Host/HBA" to discover the wwn and add it, but if I unplug one - that entry never goes away...even after I refresh list.
The HBA is physically not attached - why does CVTL think it's still there?
Ideas? Thanks...Jim

Hello Jim,
When you unplug or plug in a new device CVTL needs to be restarted. Have you done that?

When you say restarted, do you mean stopping and starting the program on the windows host it's running on? Or is there more to it? I've had this problem for several months and I'm sure the PC has been rebooted since then.

Hi. Did you ever get a resolution for this issue as I've got exactly the same problem myself?
